A big well done to Tom Lupton on his international debut at the Snowdon International mountain race and he performed admirably with a 48th place finish. I am sure there is plenty more of these type of events to come from Tom.
Earlier in the week we had the Bettystown 5 mile with Alasdair Brown running a PB and a 6th place finish in a time of 29.06. Des Feeley ran 32.05 in the same race.

Finally a special mention to Brian Kitson . Brian ran the Wicklow round yesterday and when I say yesterday , I mean the whole of yesterday. Brian started at 3.00am and you must finish it within 24 hours. It takes in 26 summits and a small matter of 110km or so with 19,000 feet of ascent. Only about 30 people have ever managed to finish it in the last 10 years . Brian finished in 23 hours 13 minutes.
