Very little to report on the racing front this week with only a few of our usual stalwarts putting their toe on the line. Niamh Devlin had another podium finish with a 3rd place in the highly competitive Carlingford 5k in a time of 17.56. Another 3rd place finish came from Tom Lupton in the Birr 5k in a time of 16.02.
A smaller number than usual took to the hills this week with Brian Kitson yet again being our first home in 12th place on Ballinastoe. Next home was Robbie Costello in 22nd and Conor Nolan won the O/60 category in 30th place overall.
