A good weekend on the competition front . We had our usual crew at the BHAA on Saturday in the Phoenix Park . Our first finisher this time was Rory in 9th place followed closely by Brian O’ . A great battle has developed between Paraic S and Robbie C where they entered into this race 1 apiece . This time Paraic just about prevailed to take a 2 -1 lead. I am sure Robbie will be out to level the scores the next time. This type of healthy competition is excellent as i really think it brings everyone on. Others competing were Alan H , Barry F, Tomas and Andy D. Unfortunately no official results at time going to press.
At the Dungarvan 10 Paddy L had a big run with 15th place in 56.24. Not sure if this is a PB but an excellent run all the same.
At the Trim 10 we had more excellent runs and a couple of PB’s to boot. Ed broke the hour for the first time with 59.35. he was followed by Shane Mac 60.13, Sean Mc 61.29, Terry B 65.04 , Florrie 67.26 and finally Damien posted a big PB by 3 minutes 76.03.
