We had another victory over the weekend with Tom Lupton winning the Rosemount 10k in a time of 34.23.
Down In Tinryland Paul Fleming was 10th overall ( 1st O/40) in the 4 miler in a time of 21.35 with Ilona McElroy 2nd Female in 25.25.
Yesterday was the Donadea 10k with Ronan Kearns 7th overall (2nd O/40 – 36.25) and Gary Cullivan (10th -4thO/40 – 36.58)
On the Marathon front we had two Marathons either side of the Atlantic with Tim Murray running 2:58.54 in Chicago and William O’Brien running 3:57.24 in his first marathon in Eindhoven .
