Yet another good weekend on the competition with the girls again definitely to the fore. Laura produced a magnificent performance to claim 2nd place in the National Inter Counties in Tuam. Laura has battled injuries over the last couple of years and this performance definitely demonstrates the huge potential that is there. Niamh D continued her fine recent form with yet another victory, this time winning the Mount Juliet 10k on what is a very hilly and demanding course.Another victory from the girls was Mary winning The Downs 5k in Mullingar.Alasdair continued the winning theme with his first ever victory when winning the parkrun in Knocknacarra in a time of 18.46. Alan Be. ran 18.25 in the Marlay Parkrun and Caoimhin competing for the first time in quite awhile finished 18th in the IMRA race at Brockagh.So as you can see some excellent results from the group .
