We had a great evening 
at the Docklands 5k with a copious amount of excellent performances to boot. In the women’s race Laura continued her magnificent form with yet another victory. This was a big leap forward for Laura ,knocking almost a minute off her previous PB with a 16.32 showing.. The guys were not to be outdone with PB’s aplenty.First home in 7th overall and 1st o/40 was Paul F (16.08) and he was followed in by Fergal R(16.37 PB) Alasdair (17.16 PB) Shane Mac (17.26) Colm B (17.29 PB) Kevin (17.46) Alan K (18.09 PB) Paraic S (18.09 PB) and Adrian B (19.06 PB).
