Slightly smaller race report than the previous two weeks albeit a similarly successful one. Laura Shaughnessy running on the Irish team finished 15th in Antrim International Cross Country yesterday. At the Howth Winter Imra race Ian Conroy was our first finisher in 5th place with Gareth Little 32nd and Ray Magourty 35th.
At the other Imra race held over the weekend Tom Lupton continued with his recent good form by winning the Castlecomer Imra race.
The latest Bhaa race was also held yesterday with the Eir Cross Country in Cherryfield Park. Conor McCarthy was our first finisher in 14th followed by John McAuley (22nd) Shane McAuley (23rd ) Paraic Shortall (27th) Eoin Kealy (33rd) and Mick Devine (67th). Today at the Naas Duathlon Will Morris finished 2nd in the O/40 category.
Final ‘gentle’ reminder about getting the membership sorted. A good portion have already done so , if the remainder can get it sorted , I would be grateful.
