Well done to Paul G for his 3rd place overall and 1st o/40 in the Wicklow Hospice 10k.(35.36). This was just outside Paul’s PB on a tough hilly course . Sets him up nicely for his defence of his title for the 10k in Argentina which comes up next month. Also running in this race was Stephen G who finished 33rd in 45.36.
Other results over the weekend included Bob 2nd place finish at Castletown parkrun (18.56) Brian B 5th in Tymon parkrun (19.36) and Barry B also 5th (20.17) for Navan parkrun. At the Bhaa in Alsaa Fergal R was our first home in (19th) followed home by Peter O (21st) Eoin K( 36th)Alan K (47th) Robbie c (44th) Brian K (57th)Andy D ( 68th) Ed O'(82nd) Gavin (86th)
