Firstly , before I forget, this saturday the group will be competing in the Wicklow Way Relay . We have two very strong teams competing and it would be great if we can get some of the rest of you out there supporting them along.
On thr results front Niall had yet another victory at the Scalp IMRA race. He was followed in by Robbie (17th) Caoimhin (25th) Tim (38th) and Ronan H (73rd). On Friday we had another victory when Adrienne won the women’s race in the Navan 6k (21.50). Mary finished 7th (2nd O/45 – 24.06) in the same race.

We had a number competing at the Terenure 5 mile yesterday with Paul F our first finisher (27.36) Conor Mc (27.56) Paul G (28.30) Robbie C broke 30 minutes for first time (29.41 PB) Illona ( 3rd female – 30.18) Alan K (30.21) Paraic ( 31.45 PB) Florrie (32.16) .
