Before I go into today’s magnificent achievement in Dublin Marathon from those competing, I just want to let you know we are back in Sean Moore Park for our sessions from this Tuesday for the Winter period.
The results from today were truly outstanding with more PB’s and the largest number of sub 3 hour runs coming from one marathon than ever before.I am not going to single out anyone as each and everyone performed very admirably indeed. I know that a few of you will be disappointed how your race panned out but you will have your day. I guarantee that some of those who ran PB’s today had one of those days themselves before

Yesterday was the Leinster Novice cross country were Alasdair Brown finished 40th in the mens race and Keira Roche 23rd in the womens.
