At the Balbriggan 5k Ronan Dunphy posted a podium finish for 3rd place ( 17.21 ) with Alan King competing in his 2nd 5k in a matter of days running 20.06 and Dan Delaney 20.37.
On the hills we first had the Carrick Mountain race down in Glenealy .
