Well done to everyone who competed over the weekend. don’t have results from indoors as of yet , however we have had promising results from elsewhere At the BHAA in the Phoenix Park Fergal R was our first finisher in the men’s race with 21st place finish (4th o/40) followed by Alasdair (39th) Eoin K (40th) Robbie C (66th) Brian (67th and and Andy D (83rd). Niamh B had an excellent in the women’s 2 mile with a 2nd place finish. Niamh D won the marlay parkrun in 18.30 as well on saturday morning.
At the Trim 10 Ed was our first home in a new PB of 60.03. Ed was closely followed home by Terry B (60.20) Shane Mac (60.31) and Kevin (60.37). Dermot B ran 67.40 and Damien ran a 7 minute PB with 78.47. In the women’s race Caitriona despite a severe tummy bug managed 2nd place with Florrie 5th/ 1st O/40 (65.41) Fiona 6th ( 65.46) Mary H (68.57) 2nd o/45.
