What a day today. The day began today down in Laragh near Glendalough for the first IMRA race of the year at Brockagh Burst. Sonya McConnon got back to competitive action with 2nd Female (1st O/35). Conor Nolan was 2nd O/60 with Conor Daly 3rd. Stephane Crouzat finished 4th in the O/55 category.
In the afternoon we had a large contingent competing in the Raheny 5 mile with some amazing results. Paul Fleming was our first home with a 25.49 run which placed him 3rd in the O/40 category.
