Half marathon's definitely to the fore this week .Two of our guys competed in the Hague Half Marathon with excellent results from both achieved. Paul Stephenson ran 68.54 (PB) and Ciaran Aylward running 75.34 (PB) . Back home we had a much larger contingent in attendance at the ever popular Bohermeen Half in Meath. It was great to see such a big contingent from the group at the Central Bank Bhaa Cross Country in Wesley College yesterday. I know the guys from CB who train with us really appreciated it. Weather continues to cause havoc with training and on the racing front over the weekend. However we still managed a few excellent results all the same .
